Aloha, now energy can be something that I am often lacking of. Whether I am at home or school if I am not motivated to do something I will not use my energy to do it. I think this is a bad habit so for my last term of school for this year I have told myself that I am going to pour my heart and soul into school, friends, sport and home. I hope that this term will be an even more positive term then last one. For today's post I thought it would be a nice idea to give to you my all-time favourite breakfast energy smoothie as summer is almost here! I hope you enjoy! Xo
Recipe: Breakfast Berry Energy Smoothie (Which I like to call the Twisted Truth)
Difficulty: Easy (This recipe can take less than 6 minutes)
Rating: 10 (I love it!)
Ingredients: 1 cup of Orange Juice (Depending how sweet or sour you would like your smoothie to be) 1/2 a teaspoon of Vanilla essence (To keep it sweet :)
1 cup of Vanilla yogurt (You can use any type- I often use Honey Greek)
1/2 a cup of frozen Berries (I used blueberries today)
2 cups of Tropical frozen blend (This is the twisted part ;)
1. Get all the ingredients out that are listed above!
Which includes:
2. Combine all ingredients together in the blender for 20-40 seconds or until it creates a thick mixture.
3. If you have an extra 30 seconds after you have made your smoothie you can then transfer it into a mason jar, cup or glass. Thanks Bella for this beautiful Kate Spade cup you got for my birthday I am obsessed! x
